(the Anglo-Indian Force which took part in suppressing the Boxer Rebellion of 1900) and includes examples of the issued stamps with varieties, early mail and most of the postmarks of the Base and Field Post Offices, plus a wonderful section of stamps and postal history of the British Railway Administration of the Peking-Shanhaikwan Railway. An excellent reference catalogue, with illustrations of the Base and Field Post Office postmarks, plus many black & white plates and two colour plates.
