Paperback, 8 pages, with two stamps (Italy and Saar), no Crete stamp (which Higlett must have had difficulty obtaining as it is illustrated instead), slight horizontal crease caused by folding, some slight spotting to the covers, tear to covers along spine, in Fair condition only.
Leaflet No. 28 in the series of booklets and leaflets written and published by G. A. Higlett. This unique series of satirical publications poked gentle fun at the hobby of philately; most are illustrated with at least one actual postage stamp or label. Published in small limited editions, most are now very scarce.
