An important work relating to stamp repairs and forgery in the early 20th century. Samuel Singer, the stamp “repair man”, was used by Stanley Gibbons for many years to repair rare stamps. When Gibbons accused Singer of blackmail, Singer published this pamphlet in his defence. Very rare.
