No. 404 of a limited edition of 500 copies. Comprehensive study of the Samoa Express stamps & their postal history, the Apia Municipal Post Office (1882-1886), and the Palm Trees Issues. Wonderfully illustrated with more than 225 colour illustrations, and including a priced catalogue and listing of all known covers. A magnificent work which sold out very soon after publication and is very difficult to find.
